We value your support and will work very hard to insure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. 

Due to the personalized nature of our custom made to order products, we regret that we cannot offer cash refunds or exchanges on personalized items. However, in the case of an error on our part in your personalization we will be happy to remake your item, exchange or refund. All items will be created, like the chosen design unless changes are requested from the buyer. 

Check and recheck all spelling and/or letters are correct and in the order you would like them to appear before placing your order.  If you think have made an error when submitting your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your order unless it is already in production. Items that are already being processed are not able to be cancelled or refunded.

Proofs on items are available only upon request. (Proofs or Mockups will not be provided during the Christmas selling season) We have several items to ship daily and will not send a proof without a request.

We will ask a questions regarding your order when we feel that it is necessary. When we receive a special request or personalized item we go by the notes that the customer enters in the notes section. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the order is put in the notes correctly.

All items are customized and nonrefundable.

Cancellations and Refunds will NOT be issued for failure to read our production times prior to placing your order.

There are no exceptions with this policy. By placing your order and purchasing an item/items, this confirms that you agree to these terms.
