Our customers include large retailers, national restaurants, and universities and non-profits. In addition, we print for hundreds of small businesses and mom & pop companies that need shirts. Companies included are Temple University, Sports Zone, Police Athletic League, and Steve’s Plumbing.

Estimates expire in 30 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. Prices may be revised at the time of invoice based on actual prints.

Do you have a guarantee on the products that you sell?
Our guarantee policy is very simple.
If we make a mistake on your order or the product is materially defective, we will refund your money for the entire order or replace the product.

Our graphic design team.
Can I submit my own idea?
Yes, we do accept shirt ideas, you can submit a custom order request and upload your image or idea. A mock up will be created of the design and sent to you for approval.
We will contact you with any questions we have in regards to the design.
HOW CAN I ADD CUSTOM NAMES AND NUMBERS TO MY DESIGN?
Adding names and numbers to your design is simple click on the Add ons and Upgrades section and selct the type of Name and Number material yu would lke. . Pick the add on you would like and fill in the text.
My artwork needs some "touch-up." Is there a charge for that?
Yes, there will be an artwork charge. The charge is determined by the level of "touch-up" that your design will require.
I don’t have a design. Is there a charge to make a design for me?
Yes, Custom artwork is $10.00 fee which will be decudted fom the cost of your garmet should
We offer many free of charge art services, including text only designs, custom designs from our stock templates. If you want us to create a custom design for you based on your ideas or sketches, there will be a charge. Note that this is normally done for orders over 1,200 pcs since the cost for art is relatively expensive. For more information and pricing, please call.
Can I print trademarked materials?
Unfortunately, that's a big no! We'll go to the moon and back for our customers, but knowingly printing trademarked materials is highly, highly illegal. We love you, but not enough to do hard time! That said, every customer is responsible for ensuring the originality of their design, and we accept zero liability for the printing of trademarked materials.
If you're having trouble figuring out a design, or want to create something inspired by a design or look you saw elsewhere, our graphic artists love a good project and are more than happy to help.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online, by calling 770-904-9547 or emailing creativiteefactor@gmail.com. A manual order will be created for you to logon to complete payment
Will I receive a confirmation after I place my order?
Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order is placed.
I made a mistake in my order!
Please call or text us at 770-904-9547 to inform us of the mistake so we can make the correction before production. During our business hours, we can make changes within 1 hour of an order being placed. If we are not contacted about the error to make the change, we do offer returns and exchanges!
What happens after I place my order?
Each order is verified by our graphics department within minutes of your purchase and our customer service team to make sure your design will be perfect. Our graphics team looks for common issues like alignment, color contrasting, image sizing and more. They will also make sure the design will look good on the item selected. If there are any issues we will contact you immediately.
-How Long Until I Get My Order?
We guarantee a 10 business day delivery from order placement. Rush service is available for an additional 25% of the item total which guarantees your order will be delivered within 5 business days. If that's not fast enough, we can deliver within 3 days for an additional shipping charge - you will need to contact customer service to set this up and get shipping quote. If there is a problem with my order, what do I do?
You should contact us immediately by phone, fax, or e-mail. We want to help you resolve the problem as quickly and effectively as possible.
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY DESIGN?
The is a text box for special instructions when you place your order. The note to seller will be revieed with your design.
In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order (Have the items been ordered? Have any of the items been printed? Etc.) and may be subject to penalties and/or restocking charges.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Can I make changes to my order?
Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to make any changes. Please double check your designs for accuracy before placing your order, because the production process starts almost right away.
How do I order for a group?
Contact us to discuss your order and the number of pieces you need so we can provide the group discount.
Our group discounts kick in when you have six or more items in your cart. AND GET THIS: they don't even need to be the same item or design!
Custom order will not be processed without the required deposit.

Can I get less than the minimum order?
Do the prices of the products become lower when I buy larger quantities?
Yes. The more you buy, the lower the price.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER NUMBER?
No! we do not have minimum.
On most items, no. However, there are a few products that we offer below minimum quantities. Call us for availability and the type of printing available for those item
Do you have order minimums?
No! Buy one custom item or one thousand; we're happy to serve you either way.
Our "no minimum" policy is something we are quite proud of because very few custom apparel websites match us in this offer. Almost all of them have a minimum quantity of at least six on most of their items. This is because those sites will only offer screen printing as an option for those items.
RUSH ORDERS
Pre-Order items are items that you pay for at the time of purchase and they ship at a later date. It's a great way to plan ahead! Be sure to check the shipping times listed on each of our pre-order items. These items are not available for immediate shipment.
Out Of Stocks
It is unfortunate, but sometimes our vendors will run out of particular styles or colors. If this happens we can offer a variety of possible substitute products from other vendors, or you can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished then we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock when the vendor says they will. If you choose a substitute garment then we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time unless those garments are out-of-stock as well.

PRODUCTION
The processing time for orders varies depending on the items in the order and the position or your order
It depends on what you are ordering. The typical production time for most custom printed products is 7 to 14 days. We offer rush service for an additional fee dependent o the item being ordered and availability to us. to see if the item is available for the rush option.

If you have a specific date to have your garments in hand, please supply your sales representative with that date.

PROOFS
You will receive a proof of your design before we start production on your order. Production will not begin on your order until we receive an artwork approval from you.
Will items print like they look on screen?
Although there can be some changes, we try to display the design on your screen so that it matches exactly what you get. Due to monittor difference colors may vary
REFUNDS
PLEASE NOTE**We DO NOT REFUND any order that was RUSHED and did not arrive in time, we are sorry..thank you for your understanding, and it is always best to order items well in advance of your dates needed. This will put less stress on you and our design team.

SIZING
Every product has sizing information in the thumbnails as well as the description. Also you can read a few of the comments to see what actual customers say about the fit of the garment
Unfortunately, every t-shirt maker in the world has some degree of manufacturing tolerance, meaningthere is some variation with sizing that may run smaller or bigger.
At this time, Creativitee Factor offers all sizes from infant to plus sizes
We offer youth x-small (2-4) small (6-8), youth medium (10-12), and youth large (14-16). We also offer infant and toddler sizes.
Do you offer 2X, 3X, 4X, etc. size shirts?
Yes. We offer up to 6X on some of the garments that we offer. However, not all colors are available in these size shirts. Call or e-mail for availability.
Is there an extra charge for Plus sizes?
It is industry standard that plus sizes always have an upcharge, as they do for us from our vendor. Larger sizes require more fabric which in turn makes the price higher. In general, the upcharges are one of the following: For items with 6XL sizing, like the $6 t-shirt – 2XL/3XL is $2 more, 4 XL $4 more and 5XL/6XL is $5 more For items with 5XL sizing - 2XL is $2 more, 3XL $3 more, 4XL $4 more, 5XL $5 more For items with 4XL sizing – 2XL is $2 more, 3XL $3 more, 4XL $4 more
Yes, shirt sizes can be mixed to complete your order.
If you do not see the size you are looking for, mostly like it does not come in that size.
But you can always contact us and we'll see what we can do to help you find the right size!
SHIPPING
Does CTFACTOR ship to military addresses?
Yes, we do! Please enter "APO" or "FPO" in the city field and then choose either AP/AA/AE from the state drop down on our checkout page.
Does CTFACTOR ship to countries outside the US?
Yes! You can change the destination country using the dropdown list on our checkout page. If you do not see your country on the dropdown list, we unfortunately can't currently ship to your location.
I have not received my order yet.
You should be able to check the status of your order using the tracking link provided in our shipping confirmation e-mail. If the tracking has not updated in more than three business days, you did not receive a tracking link, or you have any other questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please don't hesitate to send an e-mail to support@bustedtees.com!
Will I be notified after my order has shipped?
On all orders you will receive an e-mail notification with details of your shipment.
However, we will be happy to obtain the shipment tracking number(s) on these items for you after your order shipped, if you request it.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We offer several delivery options, the fastest of which is Express, and choosing it means your package will be at your doorstep in only 3 business days. We also offer options for 5, 9, and 12 business days.
