We ship using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail if weight exceeds First Class maximum and it takes 2-5 business days once shipped. This includes delivery confirmation and tracking.

We ship internationally. We try to keep Costs down as much as possible and get your items there as fast as possible.

Your order will be shipped to the address on your receipt. The Buyer is responsible for making sure all shipping information is correct. If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address, please let us know that information in the "Notes" section when checking out. Please make sure everything is correct before you order. We are not responsible for address errors.

We are not responsible for any lost items as we cannot control the USPS. All packages will be assigned a tracking number and will be provided once shipping label is created. If a package is lost in transit we will do what we can to help you locate the box.

Please leave a note on your mailbox to the carrier, informing them not to leave the package at your door step if it is not safe. 

Once the tracking number posts "delivered" on USPS.com that means that package has been delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like to purchase insurance or signature confirmation, please let us know and we will send you a new invoice. 

Due to some inaccuracies in calculating shipping when combining several items of differing weights and sizes, we reserve the right to contact customers with an adjusted shipping and handling amount.

All items weighing greater than 1 pound are shipped priority mail through the United States Postal Service. Tracking number and $50 insurance is provided at no additional cost

We cannot be responsible for shipments that take longer than expected to reach their destination, domestically or internationally.

We are NOT responsible for any customs or import fees charged by international post offices.

Shipping for multiple items is available. Get an additional item for only an extra $2.00 shipping cost (Shipping price for the item with the highest shipping cost first)

 

NEED IT FASTER

If you need your item before the 7-14 day business day turn-around time or a specific date, please message us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs date. Please note that a rush fee will apply or you will need to upgrade to a faster shipping method.

Selecting the Rush Order Option will expedite your order from the normal production time of 7 to 14 days to 1 to 5 days depending on item availability. This does not include shipping. See listing for rush order option.

Please note that the upgrade apparel or shirt colors may not be available to rush, as may take 5 days if we need to order the shirt, if you desire to have your order rushed please contact us to check availability of items.

Items are shipped USPS First Class with average estimated delivery of 5-9 business days after your item has shipped. In some cases shipment time can be up to 2-4 weeks depending on Customs holds for your country.

We mark all deliveries outside the US as "Gift" but are not responsible for any tariff or additional taxes your country may charge. Please note that we are NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN items. If you would like to purchase insurance/signature confirmation, please let us know.

Also, please keep in mind for bigger orders (orders over 20 items) may need more time to order supplies and to make the actual item. Orders with items over 20 may require up to a two week waiting period.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping selection, you can choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, which is normally delivered within 3 BUSINESS days, but is NOT guaranteed by the post office. 

Lost, Damaged, Delayed or Stolen Items from Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or shipping delays by USPS or stolen items once they are received by USPS. We take responsibility for making sure that your items go out on time (or as usual, much sooner!). We have absolutely no control over what happens to the package once it is accepted by United States Postal Service. Additional Insurance is available upon request.

We cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address so please double check your address before submitting your order.
